clipping from roses

When do you take clipping from roses to sow? Mary5, Roscrea, Co Tipperary Posted: 04/07/2016

You can take rose cuttings when  they are in flower or after, taking off any flowers and rooting in a pot of compst covered with a white plastic bag.
Or the cuttings can be inserted  in the ground outdoors in autumn.
