About my garden: I bought a new house nearly two years ago, and have a new garden to play with. I've done most of the heavy landscaping, and the garden is finally taking shape, though there are a few projects still in the pipeline.
I mainly grow what people refer to as exotics. To some degree my choice in plants can be risky, many needing perfect drainage or to be planted in the warmest spots in my garden. I enjoy experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what can be grown here.
More about me: Originally from Co. Wicklow, I have been living in Cork for about seven years. Gardening has been part of my life for a long time now, and I've become a bit of a plantaholic.
(Feel free to steal any of my plant pics...just let me know.)
